Pros: Independent thinker, does not mindlessly repeat all the viewpoints of one party, not afraid to break from a party line.
Has done a pretty good job (or at least good effort) at getting rid of special interest groups and eliminating govt waste(though many of his measures he supported got trumped by CA voters).
Immigrated the LEGAL way.
Terminator was awesome, so was Predator.
Cons: Steroid junkie, womanizer (if that counts as a con), signed the 50 BMG ban UGHH!!!!
