Lot's for sale
My cousin is on his way back from Georgia. He just drove up there to look at 26 acres for sale $80.000. But he didn't care for it to much, not enough tree's. Does anyone know of any land for sale in North Florida let's say about 15 to 20 acres wooded and how much. Thanks.

I have been doing some looking in N. Georgia myself,.........still think prices will drop a bit more though.
The "experts" say we are coming off the bottom, real estate wise in this area.
The "dopes" that we call taxing authorities here, have my lousy 1.25 land valued at over 100K, so the price I mentioned was not a joke, and actually a good deal.

Realtors keep sending notices to me, offering to buy a lot that we have in a development about 80 miles east of Seattle. The lot is between a third and a quarter acre- they're up to about &350K and still going. By comparison, your ground is "dirt" cheap! 0
