WASHINGTON (Feb. 14) - The Bush administration plans to allow about 7,000 Iraqi refugees to settle in the United States over the next year, a huge expansion at a time of mounting international pressure to help those who have fled in the nearly four-year-old war.

have i ever said anything bad about mexicans ? have i ever said anything nice about japanese ? does that mean i hate japanese ? just for the record, i like mexicans, i want mexicans to have a better quality of life, thats why i am always trying to get mexico to change and make mexico a better place. the solution to mexico's problems isnt to just have all their citizens flee to america, but rather to clean up mexico so they can have the same quality of life down there as we do in america. comprendo senor ? 0 -

Actually, yes, many of your posts here have been rather negative to Mexicans. Your logic is baffling, though. Since you've said nothing (that I've seen) about the Japanese, I can't possibly render an opinion as to your view on the Japanese. We're talking about you failing to say nice things about anyone.
In this thread, you indicate that you don't like Iraqis. With all of the threads you've started concerning immigrants (short of this one), you've indicated you don't think much of Mexicans. Now you come in and say, "But all my friends are mexican!"
That's like saying that you're not racist because you have friends who are black.

I welcome legal immigrants to this country with open arms. Muslim, Jew, Taoist, black, white, tan, squint eyes, almond eyes, and even atheists.
As long as they come to add to America they are welcome. Ask us to adapt to them and they can get the hell out.
