"There are weapons in the home"........There were also kitchen utencils, various poisonous bathroom products, etc, I'm sure. None, of which was probably illegal either. This always pissus me off. The media always points out the presents of "firearms" in the home no matter how remotely unrelated it is to the original complaint.....[:(!][:(!][:(!] They are quick to plant the seed trying to connect firearms to any illegal activity.......[:(][:(]

GRD....That's probably right too. [:)] But, my point is that the media probably didn't have that info and they didn't say that he was a felon and couldn't have guns in their report....they were just quick to point out that the evil guns were there. Damn reporters!! I hate their bias and their agenda!! [:(!][:(!]

...The media, being anti-gun??..now there is a surprise!
90% of the print media (which 99% are in financial disstress) and ALL the mainstream media are "in the tank" with the anti-gun crowd, and the liberals. MSNBC, CNN, are in the same "tank". ALL these idiots push an agenda...along with their local station affiliates.
There is a station here in N Texas (channel 8) that since January of this year has taken a 180 degree turn to the left, new station manager maybe. HALF of their 30 minute news broadcast is devoted entirely to "oh poor me" stories about illegals, gratuitus explosions in Iraq, and any and all stories to demonize guns. Needless to say, I don't watch that station anymore.
The American people are being spoon fed propaganda by all these so called "news" agencies, and America continues to watch and listen.
I DONT need to hear/see news that is pushed by ANY agenda, just the facts ma'am, just the facts.
Watch CNN, MSNBC, the Sunday morning shows, the shows are loaded up with lefties! Left and Right, is NOT represented. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see they have an agenda. The propaganda these people push is pathetic, beyong that, it's dangerous. The morons that watch this drivel get ONE side, the liberal side.
I stopped counting at 1001 reasons not to watch these anti-American, blame America first, anti-military, rights for terrists, loons.
There are people that knock FOX but, if Fox has a dim Senator on, there is a Repub Senator on for the disscussion, it is NOT a one sided affair. Open border advocate on, an "Im for a fence" person on", etc. The debates are not loaded up for one side or the other, viewers are allowed to see both sides of an arguemnet; unlike the other so called "news".
If Fox has a Hannity on, he proclaims and leaves no doubt he is a Repub where as the other "news" station anchors/etc. are ran in a stealth mode when it comes to their political affiliations. A pundant is a pundant, the libs by a large attempt to hide that fact.
Of course 2 minutes or less of listening to them speak it's not hard to figure out which way they lean. Its been about 3-4 years since Ive watched the lefties force feed America their ideas/agenda.
Christina Ahmnapor (sp/ck!) is a "known" name in the lefty media world. She is a reporter for one of the regular networks. Her husband just joined as campaign manager (or other high position) for Osama Bama or the Sea Hag's campaign. Reckon she will report from an "unbiased" position?? If she did, it would be a first anyway!
Her staying on as a reporter, is a breach of ethics is she reports even ONE political story.
...but heh, being un-ethical and avoiding facts, is the liberal way...[;)]

Very easily found although it does not go into all of the specific things! His 2004 run in at the airport was also firearms related if my memory serves me right. He also is one of those known gang related rappers!

DMX
Rapper
Name at birth: Earl Simmons
DMX (Dark Man X) is a hard core rapper from the East Coast school, known for his aggressively brutal raps. DMX's 1998 single "Get At Me Dog" was a top-40 hit that pushed him into the upper tier of popular rappers and revived the strength of the Def Jam record label. The same year his debut album It's Dark, and Hell is Hot went to #1 on the Billboard charts. He followed that album with Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood (1999) and ...And Then There Was X (2000), both of which debuted at the no. 1 spot on the charts. He also recorded with the Ruff Ryders, a loose conglomeration of hip-hop all-stars. DMX then veered into acting and appeared in Romeo Must Die (2000, with Jet Li), Exit Wounds (2001, with Steven Seagal) and Never Die Alone (2004, with Michael Ealy). His run-ins with the law kept him in the public eye, but in 2003 he retired from recording. In 2006 DMX (sometimes called "Dog") was in the spotlight again, with a new album (Year of the Dog, Again, on the SonyBMG label) and a reality series on the BET cable network, DMX: Soul of a Man.
Extra credit: DMX took his name from the DMX digital sound machine... In spring of 2001 DMX served 10 days in a New York jail for driving without a license. In 2005 he was sentenced to 70 days in jail for violating conditions of a plea agreement from a 2004 incident at Kennedy Airport.
Other rap and hip-hop stars on Who2 include Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige, P. Diddy and Foxy Brown.
Here is another site that goes into more of his convictions includeing assault charges!

I guess I meant is in the way they pointed out he had guns. It is never mentioned weather or not he is a convicted felon. The media leaves that out completely. Like their point is supposed to be, the police found guns in the house and because of that they had the warrant modified to look for more than just dogs kept in bad conditions. The story makes it sound like it's a crime to own guns. 0
