    I hope he does run.

He would be the best hope the GOP could have, and would get my vote.

The others are not "moderate". They are lukewarm. I am open to this guy, even if he is a former Senator.

I have shot sporting clays with him in Nashville. He is gun friendly.

He was a Senator that became an actor, and he kept the promises that he made while a senator- such as limiting himself to two terms. I don't know what his position on various topics is, but I do think if I heard him say he supported this or was against that, that a few weeks later, when talking to a different group, that the position would be the same. So I'd consider voting vor him. He was good in the first movie I saw him in- The Flight of the Intruder or some such.

If he were to become President, they'd have to play that "chung-chung" Law & Order sound every time he enters the room.

He was a task force admiral in the HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER. Yeah, we haven't had a good president from the south since Jefferson Davis.[:p][:0]

I believe that he was a lawyer, then an actor, then a Senator, and then an actor again.

If he does run, many voters will be unable to distinguish between his fictional character on Law & Order and the real former-U.S. Senator. On the TV show, he's portrayed as being the ideal Conservative and a real good ol' boy with lots of country wisdom.

Well I'm starting to narrow down the field of folks this guy might be....I have one in mind, tall, lanky, straight mostly-black hair....is that him?

Even Democrats will shoot clays. I want a President who will shoot an AR.

Lord, I wish he would. He'd have both mine and the wife's vote. Wife was always crazy about him. Absolutely, the best choice the Republicans could make.

For a summary of his life, pictures and career go---->here.

Would certainly like to hear his views in depth, sure is an interesting thought though.
