    dirt bikes and atv's, no license/registration, in and out of moving traffic and they flat out told them they won't chase them. Yea, I can see that the officers on foot patrol can handle the situation.

    I got a kick out of the Mayor's solution to the problem. She's calling upon citizens to report where any dirt bikes might be located and saying their police officers will be out confiscating any they find.

    I'm picturing their police chief trying to figure out how to straighten her out without using the word "dumbazz". [:D]

    Okay, I haven't seen non-street-leagl dirt bikes on the roads here in the south, so I don't know much about the fad, but is it a black thing up there? I didn't see anything but blacks on the bikes.

    Not trying to bring race into it, just curious.
