    Actually if you look closely in that picture you can see the hood of my old S-10 blazer that I sold after I bought the bronco![:D]

    I'd post a pic of mine, but I don't want to show you all up. It's a 1993 F150 XL 4x4, club cab, 6 foot box, 300 ci I-6, 5 speed manual, manual t-case, and 3.55 gearing in the axles. Currently she wears 31x10.5-15 tires on rusty 15x8 8 spoke rims. It's not pretty, rusted wheel wells and all, but she'll drag anything you hitch behind her. Most importantly, she's paid for.

    Just hook up the trailer, load up the 4 wheelers and get the young 'uns. It's 4wd, but I never go offroad in it. That's what I got the 4-wheelers for. I put in 4wd when I go to the mountain house and that's it, other than the once a month ritual to keep it lubed.

    OK... But just remember... You asked for it.

    An '06 Chevy Colorado with the 2.8L 4-banger rated at 175 HP. I like a manual transmission so it runs the 5-speed with a 3.42 gear and limited-slip. Even with the relatively tall gearing it's fairly snappy on acceleration and can top 70 in second gear. It has gotten 29 MPG at 70 MPH (in 5th, not 2nd). Handles like a truck, not sports car, but that's OK. Not everyone likes the color and some forum members make fun of it but I like it and I get quite a few compliments from people who see it in person.

    I have a 72 Chevy 4x4 with a .060 over 454 and a
    new Edelbrock multi port fuel injection kit for it
    sitting in the shop. Guess it's time to get off my
    butt and install it [:)]
