    Lemme think... The gun safe is on the top floor, in the main bedroom. The computer which I'm currently on is on the ground floor. This is a three floor, split-level house. Hmm.... If I was in a panicked sprint, it'd take about twenty steps to get to the gun safe.

    Unloaded , locked in a cabinet in the farthest corner of the basement. Trigger locks on everything. I also don't keep ammo in the house.

    But I keep the key to the cabinet in the bedroom nightstand drawer.

    The backup key is in a lock box in the desk drawer. The combination is 8-28-20
