22-250 OR 25-06 FOR HOGS AND YOTES????????????????????????????????????????????????[?][?][?][?][?][?]

    What is/are the expeected distance(s)?
You might wanna go as light as .204. .223 is another possibility AND that is considerably cheaper to shoot that either a -06 or -250[}:)]

For "just dogs and yotes" I would say the .22-250. If there is even a little chance you ever plan on using it for anything bigger(deer, etc.) I would go with the 25-06. It is for the reason of versatility that I am in the market for an 06' myself.

There is quite a gap in the 2 cartridges you gave for the choice.
If you need something that will span the gap look at the Remington 6mm or the Winchester 243.

Got them both, and there is no way I would ever use a 22-250 on a hog. Pigglet mybe but not a full grown hog.
