I don't understand why the media darlings were all over Farenheit 9/11 but I haven't seen any of them touching this one with a 10 ft. pole? Where are they? I guess when it's not serving either side's agenda, the media would rather turn a blind eye or the big wigs won't allow it.
I truly was shocked. Our current income tax law is not a legal law and the former IRS workers and a judge came out and blatantly admitted it. It isn't a secret anymore.
For anyone who hasn't seen the video, the people petitioned congress (as granted them by the first ammendment)to show them where the current income tax law is written. It ended up going to court and the judge said "The government does not have to answer that question to the people!" Direct quote.
The 16th ammendment was not properly ratified AND the supreme court apparently voted on it as being unconstitutional, 8 times. Doesn't matter.
Former IRS director and writer of the tax code says at the end of his interview that, "The IRS does not answer to the supreme court." End quote.
Hey, the facts are facts. If we have to pay an illegal tax to stay out of trouble, why can't this be put out in the open? This guy made a movie and it played in select theatres around the country already. The cat's out of the bag.0 -

All I've watched was the 15 min. interview clip. In summary, this Aaron Russo made a film about the direction the country is heading, that came out in June 06.
They offered 50,000 dollars to anyone who could show them where the law was written, that required people to pay federal income tax. Some of the IRS' own agents looked for it and have since left the organization. The money went unclaimed. This is why Ed Brown quit paying income taxes years ago. There is no law and the income tax 'format' we have now is unconstitutional, but everybody pays it anyway. The 16 ammendment was not properly ratified.
He goes on to say that contrary to popular belief, the Federal reserve is NOT owned by the federal government but is a private organization of central banks that are essentially running the government now. Pulling the strings. The main one being in Deleware, while others are unknown. They knew if they could print the money, they could control the government. They were given the rights to print money by the federal government (we were sold out) back in 1913 and they have basically been in control of it ever since.
Aaron says he can't say for sure because he hasn't been there but he believes there is no more gold left in Ft. Knox. That they've sold it all to these private banks while the citizens are left with worthless paper money with no more backing, which if they ever stopped printing trillions of it, we'll go into the worst depression we've ever seen. While the rest of everyone's money out there is just digits in a computer. All they'd have to do is "pull the plug".
The women's labor movement was all a ploy to get women into the work force so they could be new tax revenue and be slaves to the system also. In the mean time, children are put into child care earlier so they can be influenced at an earlier age.
Why were the bankruptcy laws just recently changed to make it harder to file? Because it's in the big banks' best interest. So, of course that was a priority to our government. No longer hard to figure out why credit card companies have free reign to charge whatever percentage rates they want with full protection.
Why are people using credit excessively? Because many people can't afford not to. They're being kept poor. Inflation (the silent tax), income tax, and interest, are burying everyone for life while letting the rich become richer.
Compared to where it was in 1913, the dollar is now equivalent to about 4 cents. There was an annual report called 'M3', which basically told the public how much paper money was being printed. As of last year, that report is no longer made public.
He gives an example of how his fathers house in Brooklyn sold for 27,000 back in 1955. It just sold again recently for 1.1 million. The very same house.
In the end, they want people to be polarized, by arguing between each other about republicans and democrats, while the federal reserve is pulling all the strings. Congress has the power to end the federal reserve system but they won't do it. He wants them to put an end to it. Why? Because all the taxes we pay in, are going to pay interest on the national debt, which is owned by the central banks. If the government would have ran their own bank all along, THEY (We the tax payers) WOULDN'T NEED TO BE PAYING INTEREST on all the debt right now.

This was whispered around for many years..we were considered insane to even discuss it.
I believe that the present government is a sham and pretense..controlled by men with money, from somewhere other then America...for interests having NOTHING to do with American ideals.
In short...complacency has sold us down the river..and America teeters on the brink of ending.0 -

10-12 years ago, I made the trip to Whichita,Ks, to a meeting of tax protestors.
They had facts and figures..the entire tax structure is rotten to the core.
Be that as it may..during the meeting, lots of people were proclaiming themselves to be 'tax free'..forevermore. I asked politely if they were prepared to defend their beliefs with force of arms.
I was informed instantly and then at lenght...they were 'gonna win in court'...
I laughed and left. Most of the big names are in prison for tax evasion..or have been there.
Exactly HOW did they think they could win in corrupted courts ? The Courts serve the King...same as 200 odd years ago.
The last resort we have is the Jury. However...Jury Nullfication is absolutely unknown to the vast majority of people that inhabit America...and the crooked Judge tells them.." I will tell you what the law IS...YOU decide if he broke it"
The very IDEA that you are REQUIRED to make a judgement based on wether you AGREE with a law is totally foreign to people today..0 -

Same here. I definately view everything in a different light now.
Here's something else I find disturbing:

One single year. And you never hear about it. This isn't random unfortunate instances. This is a pandemic. Besides the alcohol, many times these are a result of poorly designed alignments that are 60+ years old. Once dirt paths used by Model Ts, that they've slapped some pavement on because it was the cheapest thing to do. Just because a road is paved, doesn't automatically mean any thought or concern for safety was put into it. It IS considered now in new alignments and upgrades but it costs money.
As a result, the annual federal highway budget is very important in achieving these upgrades and making things safer. Yet this year, they were ready to shrug it off and ALL of it was very nearly cut from the budget. (Some must have thought Iraq needed it more?) Nobody knows about this. It isn't a top priority (among many other things).
On the other hand, apparently NOTHING has to happen any more for firearms to come under attack now, and bills are proposed to ban them. One or two random events in a population of 300 million and banning "assault weapons" is front page news. It's debated on talk shows. Congress springs to action. Bills are immediately proposed and voted on. Our rights hang in the balance year after year.
In other words, when it comes to disarming the population that is a high priority, " In the name of public safety."
In the mean time;
Each year, more than 400,000 Americans die from cigarette smoking. In fact, one in every five deaths in the United States is smoking related. Every year, smoking kills more than 276,000 men and 142,000 women.1
and
Over 40,000 people die on our highways annually.
The average American is in fear of assault weapons? You don't need a college degree to figure it out.0
