Especially if the height of the lowest seat adjustment prevents the driver's eyes from appearing "just" above the dash or door level. If this criterion is met, then a good Donegal Twill or Leather Hat placed in the front seat makes a good closer in itself. This, dependent on the type shades of the prospective buyer, which might require a light, featherweight Panama in hot pink with a decorative maroon ostrich feather, stuck at a rearward angle at about 9 o'clock in the hat's band.

    How do you do that?

I look on Fleabay for a car or whatever, and all I find is stuff offered by dealers at retail.

So I guess your kid would LOVE to drive it

he would love it or he does love it,he has always liked big cars,I was going to find him a small truck like an s10 extended cab but he is the one that asked for a 4 door car,he wants enough room for him and all his buddies to pile up and ride, the only problem truly is his mother now wants to keep it for herself,I told him he could drive it until I find him something else, good thing about it, insurance is only 42 a month for him driving it,that is liabilty only but I am not adding anything else on a car I only spent 1200 for,2nd thing is this thing will only run on premium gas,91 octane or better is what it says so he will get tired of buying gas for it after a little while,

Sharp.. I hope it'll be a good car for ya, my brother had same year and model and it ended up costing him mucho $ for some major repairs. I hope that will not be the case for you. You got a great deal, tell your wife to let the kid work the bugs out of it[8D] Oh by the way my above post was a reply to GRD

my brother had a '91 DeVille for his first car, he had no problem with it (hates little nippon ricer cars) and his friends loved all the space.
We had to give that car up because she's somewhat of a gas hog and needed a lot of investment to keep her in shape.

    He drives a G6 now

GRD, when I was 17 I had a 1982 Eldorado. The car doesn't make the pimp, the pimp makes the car. A little advice for all you youngsters out there.

$1200! Sweet! I helped my elderly neighbor sell her mint caddy (2 door) with only 18k miles 2 years ago and we got $2100 or so. That was a good deal and I almost bought it myself. A dealer offered her just $1000.

Probably the reason you got such a good deal is so many of us have slowed our ebay uses down drastically.[;)]

We bought two cars off of ebay. The first was a 1999 c230 Kompressor Mercedes Benz, and the the second was a 1999 Dodge Ram Custom Conversion Van. We got excellent deals on both, and we still have both of the cars.

An excellent choice in terms of safety on the road for a boy's first car. Make your wife back off.

[safety while parked is different matter [;)]]

I sold my 1995 Wrangler on ebay for $1700 more than I wanted but it was exceptionally kept up with a lot of extra's.

Here is a link to a site for accessories for that car http://www.pimpcostumes.com/

P.S. I actually bought a hat from them some time back as a gag for one of my gunsmithing instructors he got a good laugh out of it and its sitting behind his desk. Someone left a cane at our gunshow and he added that as well heh.
