Ammo question

After reading the post by poisoned , i got to thinking, Does ammo go bad after so much time has passed?

Anyone know if Ultramax is ok ammo? I've heard horror stories about some ammo and don't want to get 500 rounds of useless junk.

i just won an auction for a mak pa-63.

what ammo would you guys recommend for it?

Weekend before last, i tool my .45 out shooting, and when i was putting some corbon, through my gun, it looked like there was some sparks or something shooting out of my gun. Not a lot but a few bright sparks shooting out. What was that?!?

FMJ definitely. Bulk UMC ammos is like $30/250 or wallyword has white box for something like 12-13/100. I think winchester is cleaner than remington anyways.

i think i recently paid $7 each for a couple boxes of UMC 115 grain fmj ammo at Dicks Sporting Goods. $7 for 50 rounds comes out to .14 cents per bullet, thats pretty cheap.

fmj. i dont shoot lead(at least in 9mm). most if not all my 9mm shooting is dont from a member of the glock family. manual discourages lead.
