Carl Kruger says three pedestrians in his Brooklyn district have been killed since September upon stepping into traffic while distracted by an electronic device. In one case bystanders screamed "watch out" to no avail.

It should be illegal to talk on a cell phone while walking into an elevator. What happens if the door opens and the elevator is not there while the person is distracted. 0 -
