Flying in the USA...UPDATE
Today my son left Sacramento, CA to fly to Orlando, Florida for a week of training for his job. He was scheduled to stop over in Dallas for 30 minutes before proceeding to Orlando. He was flying American Airlines. He called me from Dallas and said the flight from Dallas was being delayed for at least 4 HOURS DUE TO A SQUIRREL THAT HAD GOTTEN LOOSE ON THE AIRPLANE. [:0][:0] A squirrel? So, instead of arriving at 10pm, they would be arriving at 2am in the morning or later. Is smuggling squirrels a common practice among airline passengers?
Update: WTH....is going on with American Airlines and Squirrels? I was looking to see if I could find news of anything on the squirrel incident and found this....

This would include time to detain and question the squirrel, examine pasenger manifests to find possible squirrel sympathizers on board, and still leave plenty of time for finger pointing over who forgot to check the squirrel no-fly list. 0 -
