Favorite casino game & largest jackpot

My wife and I enjoy "Let It Ride". First night we played, I won $1,000.00 on one hand (straight flush)---later the wife hit four-of-a-kind for $750.00. Last time at the casino, I hit 4 Aces for $750.00. I know a guy who hit a Royal Flush for $15,000.00.

What's your favorite casino game and what was your biggest winning jackpot?

  carribean stud poker worked for me on my alaska cruise - I'd start with $50, end up wiht $150, and the wife had been coming by to get chips to convert to quarters for the slots.

  I like that one with the Eight little mechanical horses that actually race around a big oval track, you sit around it and watch a big screen TV that shows an animated funny version of the race.

  as far as casino play, i stick to the blackjack tables. aside from the best player odds in the house, im pretty good at the game. best single session results to date were a buy in of 100 and leaving the table with over 1,000. of course i gave it all back and then some the next day but you didnt ask that...... i dont play poker in a casino. im not good enough at that game to bet big money on it and to hang in at a casino with really good player you need a big bankroll and bigger balls.
  
  now i do play in a weekly hold em game with friends. 5 dollar buy in, play till you bust winner take all. first guy out can buy back in. and the chips distributed have no correlation to the buy in amt. its really more about getting together wiht the guys than the money, since the rule is that the winner takes the group to the bar after the game and buys the first round with the winnings.
