grendel and amt are the only ones I know about, both out of productionn for years. The 22 mag is not suited to auto function.

There aren't many 22 mag autos out there...North American, Grendel are a couple that I have had. If you want a 22 mag, you will need to go with a revolver if you want any choice in the matter.

    Pt22 are NOT magnums....22lr only!!!!

I have a AMT and a Grendel. Both 22 mag semi-autos listed on the auction.

Mitchel's Mausers lists a semi-auto .22WMR in their on line catalog.

www.mauser.org. Click on White Lightning pistol on the left. I have the AMT which is less money, not hard to find, and I love it. It just doesn't like Federal cartridges. But, the Mitchell's one can be scoped.

A scope mount that replaces the grip panel on a .45 1911 will work on the AMT with a tiny bit of modification. The Grendel is a little tougher.

Be aware that the Grendal, which originally sold for $215 has become collectable and now asks $400 and up. Magazines are going for $50+. I think I will sell mine and retire.
