Just when I think life sucks.......

...A full belly, a nice fire, a glass of wine (or a few), a cigar, and our 4 month old grandson staying overnight. Life is good. Makes me think about what Thanksgiving is all about.
...We're 'bout broke, and I don't care. My health sucks, and I don't care. There's always somebody worse off than us. Always strive to achieve more, but be content with what you have. Maybe I'm getting soft in my old age, but being content with the status quo sure takes a strain off the old brain. Could be the wine, though. [:D]

    I figured id give you a laugh at the cost of my own depression. although now ive got to go see a gastroenterologist (nursing student friend of mine is forcing me)

    You think your bad off, but there are Alot of people that have a lot worse than you. Think of it that way. Your a good man, always have been always will be.

    Noooo..I dunno what it is, but it ain't the wine. I just finished off my third bottle of Merlot and I don't feel all that mellow. I got a headache though...
