those with paid orders, will get them out fast as the "real" job allows, have a couple peices un-claimed so consider this last call till they are gone.
those who asked about other than 1911s, soon as your old grips and payment come in you get on the work list, but they get sent AFTER checks clear ...no offense, but you know how things can get

all right guys, you asked for it you got it!
comeing soon to a grip-smith as near as your 'puter...
some of you asked for "fancy" or presentation type grip wood, here it is.

from these peices i should be able to get about 6 sets of 1911 or similar grips, 8 if you countr the odd light one.(for what it cost i better be able to get that many!) and for a short time only MEMBERS OF G.B. have first crack for ONLY $65 per set, and i will include checkering of your choice!!!
almost as good as a give-away at that price!

    I wonder if you could do a Celtic design of some kind on a pair? Having the name McKay....anything along those lines catches my better half's eye. Put me in for a pair!!!


    If you can't do that....I still want a pair. You can pick the wood. You do such good work I know there is no bad choice here.

    from what i understand, the one all the way to the left is claimed. wanna pick one of the remaining, and yes i can do that! have one in mind?
    always prefer the customer pick a design...since they are your CUSTOM ORDER they should reflect your taste!
    and are these for a 1911 or something else?

    Where you at? Nice wood, been collecting wood off the property for years now and creating grips for 1911's too. Wormy chestnut, curly maple,cedar,apple,walnut...nothing as exotic as yours though. Knowing what it takes to make a set you do have a "give-away" price tag.

    beautiful wood, wish I still had my kimber. I lost my mind one day a sold it to a guy that had been pestering me for it for a long time. Now I only have my service issue Glock model 22.[:I] I always miss the good deals. [:(!]

    madman, im in mid-east Pa., few miles from Reading.

    Joe, they are 6"x1 1/2x1 3/16...if i am real careful cutting will get one bookmatched pair and one odd side from each peice. so that will give me a total of 4 bookmatched sets, 2 unmatched sets and one set from the odd peice with a single side left from that one
