what kind of coin is this? a blank?

same size as a dime, maybe 1/64" smaller diameter and no serrations on the edge. same kind of nickel/copper sandwich. ????????? is it a blank for a dime or what is it????

  Looks like a dime blank.. sell it on ebay.
