Good job, BATF....
Usually, we here rip BATF and rightly so.
However, in this case they did a good job, arresting the straw buyer of gun used in a LEO's shooting.

U.S. attorneys are making a case against a South Florida man who allegedly bought and sold the gun used to shoot and critically wound Broward Sheriff's Office Deputy Maury Hernandez.
Miguel Angel Polanco of Miami Lakes was arrested by agents from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, based on information obtained in a interview he gave BSO homicide investigators on Aug. 8, court records show.
In the criminal complaint, Polanco said that he purchased the .45-caliber Glock model 30 pistol from Big Al's Gun & Pawn in Pembroke Park on May 20, while the alleged gunman, David Maldonado, was present.
The report also states this was the second gun purchased at the store for Maldonado, who paid Polanco $350 for for the purchase, plus the cost of the weapons. He has been charged with making a false statement to buy a firearm. Polanco was not licensed to sell guns and it's illegal to sell a weapon to someone on probation, authorities said.
Hernandez was shot in the head on Aug. 6 as he made a routine traffic stop on Pembroke Road in Hollywood. Police said Maldonado, who was on a motorcycle, opened fire after Hernandez, who was in plain clothes, flashed his badge identifying himself as a police office. Hernandez remains hospitalized in critical condition.
Polanco's was released after posting $200,000 bail.
