I deal with someone on a regular basis, that their place of business looks that bad or worse. They'll shovel it out every couple of weeks, but two weeks later it looks like that again. Beats anything i ever seen, but i guess it works for them.. 0 -
Get some rental property and that wouldn't surprise you. Just when you think you've seen it all you your'll always get a surprise.
Latily we've had good tenants though.0
