I think the lower back tattoo is trendy, like "tribal" tats and will date you to this period in time in years to come, and go out of style. I'd get it somewhere else.

Went to the doc a couple weeks ago to have a fast-growing mole burnt off my forarm.
My eagle tattoo no longer has a head. bummer!

Nope, not so, untrue, negatory, baby. When we said "I do," we gave up most of our autonomy. I am pretty much a pushover, but my consent will be required for such an operation.

Is it legal to "Poof" a thread that gets nasty between husband and wife? I'm going after popcorn and another beer and watch what happens in this ring....[:D]

My wife doesn't have a tattoo yet, but as soon as the doctor calls we going to him so he can tattoo the areola and make a new nipple. Much to her mothers chagrin, her daughter will have a tattoo.

Nunn isnt to crazy about it,but I have really been thinking getting it done...

I think the lower back tats for women were a thing in the mid 90's Now they're considered tramp stamps....

I was trying to be more diplomatic lol, but this is what i was getting at when i said they are trendy. IF you do it, no matter where you go, definitely seek out a good artist. Some guys (and girls) are sort of hackish, and some of them will create a one off piece of art on you. I personally would seek out the latter, and pay whatever they charge ( i think roughly $100 bucks an hour is about normal). Tattoos aren't a place to be skimping on money.
What about the inside of your arm? These aren't as noticeable, and can be shown to who you want to see it.. I was thinking that on girls, legs to me look the best, or shoulder blades, or even the middle of the upper back.
My second piece of advice would be to think long and hard about exactly what you get. People who go into the shop and pick something off the wall are the ones who end up with tattoos they regret.
Sorry Nunn! lol i am not trying to encourage something you don't like as much as help her to get something she won't regret later if she decides to do it.
Le tme give an example of what i mean on the "what do i get" topic:
As an expiriment, ask yourself "Why a dragonfly?" If the answer is "umm, i just thought of it." then i'd think of something else. If the answer is "because dragonflies to remind me of delicate femininity, and also remind me of my favorite aunt who died when i was 12." then i'd say that is a good idea. And i am not saying all tattoos have to have deep meaning. I have one that i love which is an orange skull jack o lantern. The reason i got it is because i wanted an old school tradiditonal tattoo (skull) and i wanted something sort of light and whimsical, and i love fall and haloween. "Um, i just thought of it", is much more likely to become "Um, i thought it was a good idea 20 years ago."
