my mom passed away 4 years ago today she was 70. she is missed very much.

My Mom passed away 10-27-2000. My Dad 07-19-89. I miss those two more than anything I can imagine. For the short time my wife and my Mother spent together, they truly loved each other. I know what you're feeling. 0 -

Mine is 66,......and I don't even wish to contemplate when her time may come.
We ALL will die, but there is something about a good mom, that can never be replaced.

Both of my folks have been gone for over 15 years. I still miss and think of them but take comfort in that they lived long and happy lives.
I never considered how it would feel to the the patriarch of the family!0 -
I'm sorry for your loss and I wish I could say it gets easier as time goes by, but it doesn't always work that way.
I lost my mother 40 years ago, Monday 11/21/77, she was 38 years old. November 21st always brings her to mind...0 -
this november it will be 20 years since i lost my brother in a car accident and then in january it will be 24 years since my dad died from a heart attack. 0 -

With mine, died an era of the old time Philadelphians ... I knew many
of them but they are all gone now. I miss them all. I'd love to pick up
the phone and talk to any one of them again. Sad.0 -

Dialed the phone last thursday to call home.Got to within one number of being complete when I realized I was dailing my moms number. She died a year ago on mothers day at he age of 82. It ain`t easy. 0 -

Mom died coming up on 6 yrs. ago on October 29th. She was 69. She had cancer and never knew it, her only symptom was an asthma-like progressively worsening, non-productive cough and shortness of breath. Doctors figured it was something cardio, but work-ups showed nothing. Autopsy showed she had a tumor somewhere, but we will never know just where, as we only requested a thoracic autopsy, and she was slowly being drowned by the microscopic cancer cells as the filtered their way into her lungs.
This past April 29th would have been my parent's 50th wedding anniversary.
I miss her every day.0
