Multible gun hunting question??

I have hunted for 43 years and never had a failure on a firearm during hunting..How many have had a gun break or malfunction to the point of not working while hunting? If a failure what type of gun was it?

  I have had scopes go bad,..but never a rifle. FWIW

  i once had a $1500.00 piece of junk called a crossfire,12 ga. over a 223. as i shot at a turkeythe pieces literaly fell out of the reciever

  Had the sear break in a Remington 1148, caused it to fire auto. Surprised me, was kind of interesting but wasteful of ammo.
