One time we had a LOT of frog legs in the freezer and the inlaws were here for a visit. The wife cooked up a huge platter of them, and i told her "we'll never eat all of those"...we did, and was ready to fight for the last one.[:D][:D]

Crawfish, boiled, with extra Zatarans seasoning. Also at least a case of Miller Lite to wash them all down. Got my mouth watering just talking about it.

Well now, if we are going to dress one or the other up, I'd much prefer Jambalaya with sausage and crawfish.

I don't care for frog legs much at all. Crawfish is very good in alot of different recipes though.

Being that I am a Louisianian, I'll have both.

Mudbugs by far. Don't care for frog legs, but love me some bugs! Pinch the tail and suck the head! Umm-Umm GOOD!

Both...that would be a hard choice....but I guess frog legs because they are easier to get in my neck of the woods..

    Crawfish, boiled.
I can't get past the thought of those poor little frogs, forced to spend the rest of their lives in wheel chairs. It just ain't right.

That's the downside of dressing bullfrogs, you're never without a more astute audience. Come to think of it, that might have been why I stopped giggin'.

    ...Phillip nailed it for me.
I have to go to Tom Thumb and buy the big tow sack of crawfish when in season...or catch bulls on scum frog top water baits (SERIOUS! they love to eat other "frogs") or shoot them when they just come out on the edge of the water line at the ranch with my tack driving no better shooting ultimately accurate Rem 519 22 ([:D]).

...Hard to choose between the two...mudbugs w/red potatoes, pinch the tails ans suck the heads... or fried froggey legs, mmmMMM!...[:p]

    That's my favorite!!
Of course, good fried "water chicken" legs are quite good too.
I do have to say a crawfish boil is about the best meal ever. In my opinion!
