I have a big family so we make 3 stops during the day. First is at my other dads house and they will be baking, then I go to my inlaws place and they will be frying, then at my folks place the turky will be smoked. It really is the best way, I get 3 compleatly different turky dinners. The only problem is that I do not get to watch a entire game.

I just set fire to the damned bird, and when it falls over, I eat it.

Dad is making the bird the same way he has for the past 40-plus years.
Stuff it the night before, then roast it in a bag.
Very juicy, and not a case of salmonella yet!
