- This, of course, being said about a surveilance system meant for watching citiznes (oops, sorry, I meant 'sheep', as we are talking about Chicago.)
If these things get put all over the place, hopefully the people of Chicago will grow some b@lls like some of the English and French and start burning, blasting or tearing them down. Why? Because in spite of all the 'this will increase safety!!!' (just like was said in Britain) they will be used as almost purely a revenue generating device. Just you watch.
