    Gas for it will cost at least $6 a gallon. I had a 68 GTO that I sold in 79 when leaded premium disappeared.

    ACTUALLY, the judge was heavy and detuned some from the earilier versons,64-65 tri power 389 would blow the doors off the Judge, but it sure looked fast[:)]

    me too SG. I've loved the 69 Judge (Carousel red, of course) ever since I knew what it was. but I love all the old GTOs. I'll have to post pics of my collection of johnny lightning gtos (about 30) and my 1:18 scale goats (about a dozen of them).

    Any of the true Muscle Cars, preserved or restored to that condition would make any old'rodders salivate.

    It's a beauty.

    But... you didn't need to put down Cat's Taurus.

    I had a 65 lemans convertible 389 ,trips and four on the floor hearst short stroke shifter, that SOB would try to twist the axle's out from underneath that sucker.

    Just to show how ahead of the game I am. I bought that same car new and drove it for two years put about 62k on it and sold it for $2200.00. Pretty good huh..........

    lol! I posted this as a spoof to the "Taurus Judge" thread. Taurus the gun maker. I guess just reading it though it seemed to pertain more to the Taurus that Cat is hopping up. [:o)]

    There was a Judge back in Iowa that I'd see at all the local car shows. License plate - GUILTY. Best personalized plate I've ever seen.

    I had one a 1970 I bought out of the junkyard for 150.00 spent almost 5 grand restoring it and then had to sell it off when I went bankrupt in 87. The guy who bought it totaled it trying to drive too fast on icy streets when he slammed into a bridge going about 50 mph sideways

    My dad has a 65' GTO that they have had since it was about 16 months old. I love that car. 389 with Tripower, hard top, white with black pin stripes.

    I know where 2 old GTO's and a 55 chevy are sitting in a field and have been there the 20 years I have been here and he wont sell any of them so they are just rusting away.

    Now that brings one some memories.

    Had one of those but it was a green one. Bought it in '73 for $1800. Ex bent it up twice, one of the best crs I ever had, wish I could find it back and restore it. Only thing I didn't like about it, lived in Yuma AZ, it had black interior and no AC. Only thing in town that was faster was my buddy's GTX but he had a couple of grand in the engine while my goat was stock.
