teach me to "snopes"

I could probably fumble around for awhile and get this but I think it would be easier (and I suppose lazier) to just ask. I got one of those company bashing emails today and thought I would try to "snopes" it. Problem is I don't know how.

  go to www.snopes.com and search for the email (use keywords)
