I'm looking for,
a rather large pc. of land, be it a ranch or farm, would prefer really rough, I would really like it in the northwest part of the US ie., Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana area.
Price is a major factor.
So if any of you guys that live in the above mentioned areas know of any please drop me an email.
I thought about posting this in the want to buy section but that is mainly for guns & parts.
thanks guys,
Dan

I saw a piece couple weeks ago on the east slope of the Rockies near Wolf Creek Montana that wasn't too bad in price. Was only a 40 though.
Good luck Dan. I think you might be lookin' at some serious coin though. If I come across anything I'll send it your way.0 -

On the grid refers to power, phone, cable, cell reception, etc. Basically utilities available means "on the grid."0 -
Northwest Orygun here. There is plenty of land available here, but prices have been going up.
How much do you want to spend. How soon do you want it. Do you need to hookup to the power and water companies, or can you generate your own power and put in a well.
Recently, there was 200 acres here, unimproved, but I don't know if it's still on the market.
Let me know if you'd like me to dig further, and let me know your budget.

Gunbroker has some decent property listings, on the left hand side of the main page under Land/Leases. I've seen a few on there that I like. 0 -
In answer to your questions, power & water would be nice but Not a have to thing, without will work also.
please keep in mind I am REALLY CHEAP, even roads in & out are not nec. as long as it is not land locked.
Thanks for your guys time in helping me search
