numbers & markings help
Need a good way to hi-lite the serial numbers, markings, etc. on guns to be listed on auction so I can take good pics of them. Non-permament...
Was thinking white wax crayon, but I think it would be too hard to remove. Some sort of powder perhaps? Baby powder, corn meal, flour, talcum, etc?
Better ideas?

I can't think of a better idea than the powder.
Try to find one that doesn't get sticky when damp or you may still have a clean-up hassle if there's a little moisture around.0 -
chalk should work well and be easy to remove with a damp cloth. 0 -

I have no problem getting numbers and other markings to show up in my auctions. Check under snowflakefirearms to see what I mean. You can take your photos and if the details are not sharp enough, use your photo shop to clearify them. RJSnow 0 -
