Neck Tags

Anybody else have these blasted neck tags? Those little pieces of mole-like skin protruding about collar level on one's neck?

I usually just clip mine off with a pair of toe nail clippers, but there is always a lot of blood, and God knows where they land.

Anyone else have a method of ridding ones self of these unsightly growths?

    I have a few, but they are small and flesh colored. Am afraid to cut them.

    Cut mine of, too. They usually seem to crop up just where a seat belt grazes against you, or something like that.....
    Gotta chop them, even though they grow back, they just keep getting bigger and bigger....

    I have one that has teeth and hair and goes by the name of "Earl."

    One of my previous older supervisors had about 30 of them huge dark purple ones around the front and back of his neck line. Alot of people would ask him when he's going to pop them ticks. He fired a few of them also!

    Cut off the blood supply by tying with 6-0 surgical nylon (or 000 fly tying silk).

    They painlessly and bloodlessly fall off by themselves two or three days later.

    I have one on my ASS!
    The Dr. clips them off with scissors. A little blood but no big thing.

    Wire clippers work, but one of them flew off and hit my dog in the eye.

    PP, I would try your method but am afraid that one of them would accidentally survive with partial blood circulation and be rendered brain damaged.

    Little ice, peroxide, cuticle scissors, bandaid, Earl won't know know what happened to him.
