I just saw an episode of X-Files again. (have all the episodes on dvd..)


One of the episodes in 4th season made me wonder...


If you kill a fortune-teller...

Is it homocide - or suicide ?!?

I mean - the fortuneteller would have had all the time in the world to see it coming and either stop it - or let it happen.

  My faith in fortune tellers got busted when I worked the suicide of one's son at her place of business.

  It's homocide (at the very least "Assisted Suicide"). Even if he saw it coming doesn't mean he could avoid it. I'm a firm believer that all accidents happen no matter what you do.
