Arms, Legs and Other Digits

Anybody here missing any arms, legs, fingers, toes, noses, ears, ball park franks, heads, etc?

All my stuff is hooked on.

How are you making it without the services of the missing appendage?

I know, but it's been kinda slow lately...

    I've had a knee replacement and hip replacement. But other than that all parts that I originally came with.

    Got most of the original parts on pairs or otherwise, only exceptions are my 1 and 3/4 boobs, and the addition of this stunning array of metal in my elbow this summer.

    Been making it along pretty well. Thanks for asking!

    Lost the ends of two fingers (mower acident) from the last knuckle on. They sewed one back on. Hardly ever notice it anymore (been about 10yrs or so ago) except when it's cold. Poor circulation I guess.

    I am missing a nerve in my leg. I fell off a snowmobile and severed a motor nerve back in 1987. My left arm was paralyzed. I just lucked into a doctor that was on the cutting edge of nerve repair.
    He cut a sensory nerve out of my leg and transplanted it into my shoulder. I have a small spot on my foot where I have no feeling but other than that my arm works like new

    I have all the same parts I was born with, many of those parts are not in the same condition that I recieved them but there all still working to some degree.

    all VISIBLE parts still here, tho pretty scarred up
    missing quite a bit of internal peices tho, and one doc described my ribs as a "relief map of a mountain range"

    I cut my right hand almost off in a motorcycle wreck. It was sewed back on and I had to have to corrective surgery later. I got infection after the surgery and they had to remove all of the tendons. After a year and some transplanted tendons, I can use it and most people do not notice that it does not work quite right. Has not affected my love life whatsoever. Don

    I have a knee replacement, and I will have to have a new one in another year or two. I sure hope that I do better after the first replacement (6 years ago) and revision (5 years ago). It has hurt ever since ... I've had knee pain kind of like an ankle sprain that is half way back to normal ... for about eight years now.
