Fat people like him scare Chinese men. Enlist more like him in the Armed Forces and merely give them high quantities of explosives/weapons.
I'd rather be on a C-17 with 4 fat a$$e$ like him ready to push 60,000 pounds of C-4 onto some North Korean mountainside than some skinny a$$e$ Navy pilot merely dropping 800 pounds of explosives onto some vehicle. Woo hoo.....
