Pro Football ticket scalping?

My wife and I have traditionally enjoyed going to one Dallas Cowboys game a year. Didn't go last year because we went to the Bahama's in early Dec. and basically spent our mad money.
But in years before we never had any problem getting "AFFORDABLE" Cowboys tickets.
Now we find that Ticketmaster itself is sold out for the season. BUT..allows people who bought the tickets to resell them. Generally at 2 1/2 to 3 times the price (plus ticketmaster charges).
What gives? Is ticket scalping now legal?
Anyone in Dallas area know of a better source?

    Here in Florida, you can sell any ticket at 10 bux over face.What you do, is put it in a $100 envelope.[^]

    Just bought 2 tickets to Dallas/Green bay. 120 ea. The guy who bought them paid 60.We got them through www.stubhub.com as you said ticket master was sold out.100 motel,20 in parking,75 in a jersey,150 in food and drinks.......Happy Anniversary Sharon![^][^]

    I have always found tickets around the stadium before a game in Denver.

    I buy mine from the Cowboys and have for several seasons. Before I purchased season tickets I bought from ebay.

    Ask MATWOR, he has been looking into single game tickets also.
