I feel your pain and we have all been there more than once in our lives if we are over 40. Take a deep breath, back away from the emotion, confer with friends and take decisive action on your timeline in a fair and reasonable manner.

Don't worry bud....I'm on my 2nd wife. I went wacky after my 1st wife went and serviced the entire PAcific Naval Fleet as well as the US Army in Korea and they sent me to mental health for happy pills....drank a storm while on happy pills and found myself staying awake for 3 days and busted my dorm room all to heck. Man that was fun. What was even more fun was my psychological warfare on her for the past 7 years....lol. Man I got my revenge and then some.
Volunteer to go on the next rotation to Guam for some R&R.0 -

I have learned that its not productive to do the revenge thing. It just keep you tied to her and does not allow you to move on with your life in a positive way. Got to find a way to forget her and move on. By the way that pisses them off more than anything else, if they think you don't care and have another girl, they go nuts! They many times want to think they can still have the option to go back with you in case things don't work out with the other guys they are sleeping with.0 -
