    i keep reading about it but the military doesn't want it. military officials that have tested it claim that it does not perform as claimed! but i watched the "navy Seal" guy on future weapons put 30 rounds of 7.62x39 into it with no penetration, so i do not know what to believe when it comes to this stuff
