My SOG X-42 Recondo seems brittle (maybe that's why they disco-ed it?). The very tip of the sharpend point just chipped off when I hit the snap enclosure. BG-42 steel RC-60 seems a wee bit hard (from my readings) for a worker.
I will say one thing is that their customer service is "EXCELLENT". Next time when I'm in Lynnwood, WA I'll have to take them up on tours[:D]. I wonder if they'll give me free samples? Or let me do a one off?0 -
I have the SOG seal knife.[big one] and the pup..GREAT quality and they hold an edge for ever,.I would recommend either one for someone wanting a fixed blade...[8D]..Loko 0 -
I have the folding Tomkat and snapped the tip also, but over all they are a stand up knife!quote:Originally posted by yoshmyster

I have the full size seal and it is a solid knife. 0 -
I've had their little multi-tool for years, and have no complaints.

I have a Seal pup and I like it a lot. It holds a good edge and is well balanced. 0
