    which is why the rest of the country should be so concerned about illegal immigration. "as california goes, so goes the country". if you allow illegals into california then illegals vote democrat and then you get this.....

    It's that way already in a few county's. Its a good thing! Getting tired of people dumping dog's and cats they can't sell or give away.

    Like breeding kids you wish not to keep or get rid of-
    think about it.

    Or lets say, I breed 3,000 rats keep the prime ones to sell, and turn the rest lose for you to deal with.

    I didnt spend a half a grand on a pure breed and take the time to find a pure sire to have puppies to be told I have to spay my dog because a few A-Holes out there cant control there pets. this sort of thing is just a first sttep,next will be smoking wich is already band in a few city's and in your private apartment and car!Then they will go after the guns!This Sucks!

    SG Niner and others, This LAW does not effect legitimate breeders and or pets bred for that reason. This law is for the moron that just lets any cat and dog breed on free will. When they can't take care of the them they get dumped on the side of the road as strays.

    Look I have pets to, you and I are paying taxes to the local animal shelter for the road side pet dumpers. If you can't feed'em, don't breed'em.
