He was one of the good guys, and will be missed.[:(]
I liked how he wasn't afraid to put a Christian message in his strips.

I really liked that comic strip. The Christian references were great.

He was a good one. Let's hope someone will take over the strip and continue it.

I conjure the image from the movie "Monty Python and the Holy Grail..."
" As the horrendous Black Beast lunged forward, escape
for Arthur and his Knights seemed hopeless. When, suddenly, the animator suffered a fatal heart attack. (Terry Gilliam, animator of the black Beast of Augh, falls over backwards in his chair while at his storyboard) The cartoon peril was no more. The Quest for the Holy Grail could continue."

Sorry, it's the sick side of me showing again. "B.C. was alright, got a little "preachy" for my tastes, though, running the same theme over and over.....

Remember back in the day all teh gas stations gave away stamps and junk? Gas wars I guess in the 70's?
Marathon (I think) gave away BC glasses, plates, etc.
I still have a couple of the steak knives. They have a bone-shaped handle.
