Cell Phone for Christmas.

I have recieved a cellphone for Christmas. this thing has more bells and whisles than anything i've seen. i don't know how to program it to do anything. it would be correct to say i'm cellphone stupid. it seems every time i try to make a call with it the phone tries to connect to the internet. heck i'm lost. i've never had one of these things before so i got my daughter to program phone numbers into it so all i have to do is push one button,and if the corect person answers talk.

    yep I agree. too much stuff on 'em. I want a phone to be a phone and a woman to be a woman and a duck should walk like a duck.

    press menu go to contact list add people there, to call usually you press down on the little arrows and select the name you want then press the green button

    Yea, I just want mine to ring and vibrate. Can't figure it out. I haven't resorted to reading the manual though!
