Hot water heater Question
As many of you saw on my earlier post, I was without water for most of the day.
Well the way this mobil is set up the hot water heater drained out.
Now I can't get hot water. All my breakers are fine, and I found 1 reset button on the hot water heater it's self and pushed it. still no hot water.
Is there only 1 reset on the heater? Seems to me on a 220v there would be 2, but I only see 1.
Any Idea's from the peanut gallery?[:D]

Did your Landlord get you water / and the Water heater repaired?
I am expecting him anytime now. He has his auto repair shop and car lot that he runs full time so he said it would be this afternoon. And he allready has a brandnew water heater that fits this mobile.0 -
Get the old one drained , and the water shut off. I could change that baby out in 45 mins max. 0 -

cook some water on the stove and add it to water in the tub. or of you dont' have a tub, get a 7-11 cup and take a shower manually.
or go to the neighbor's! [:0]0 -
even if you don't have gas you can cook it on a bbq grill.
now that's ghetto.0 -

Newer mobile homes have flexible hoses connecting the supply and discharge lines to the water heater. Like select-fire said, if it is drained and the water is shut off, it can be changed in about 45 minutes easily. Getting the new one out of the box is the hardest part. 0 -
Well it is done! Hot water is building as I am typeing this and the kids can get in the tub here shortly!
Geez this has been a heck of a couple days over something as simple as water!0 -

Actually I was making fun of how slow you are. If the water is drained, 5 minutes would be too long. It only takes a inch and a half socket. Sometimes I pull the element out and put the new one in before it is drained. Now that is fast. Don0
