Hey Dawnie...
Pretty good shooting there, considering David missed with a 12 guage! He'll never live this one down. He misses a charging skunk with a 12 guage, only to have his wife save him with a .38. WTG Dawnie![;)][}:)][:D]

Too funny Eric[:D][:p] 0 -
I didn't miss. I hit it good, and it stopped. It was dead on its feet but just hadn't fallen over yet. 0 -

If that was my story i'd stick to it, what else can you do?[:D][:D][:D][:D]0 -
Sounds more like it was getting ready to shoot back. 0 -
Give ECC a break all he had was a 12ga. and that skunk must of weighed five maybe six pounds. Everyone knows you need at least a .50 Bmg to stop a critter that big.[:D] 0 -
just riding on the coat tails but got a big prob down here, I take my girl out for a walk with a 10/22 have not shot one yet but getting close!

It was not dead on its feet and moved towards us and hissed and that is when I said I am going to shoot and I did and it then jumped and was dead...
Nunn told me next time he will let me shoot and he will be my back up,,,,yeah like I will need that....
thanks for all the nice words,,,I was really proud,I showed everyone at work and they couldnt believe that I did that..0 -
[:0][:0][:0][:0][:0] OH NUNN I THINK DAWNIE OUT DID YA THIS TIME..MAYBE SHE CAN GIVE YA SOME SHOOTING TIPS.[:D][:D][:D][:D] 0 -
Just goes to prove what I've always said, Women tend to be better shots than most men...but come on now! A .38 to a 12 Guage...should have been a no brainer! Hopefully this was a wake up call to the police dept to get their officers to the range a little more often![;)][}:)][:D]
You done good Dawnie.[8D]0 -
Eric, I think Dave is the range officer[:0][:0][}:)]
Maybe Dawnie can tag along and show him how its done[}:)]0 -
Maybe I should tag along, and I have told him before after he shot at a critter and missed "U DO WHAT FOR A LIVING"""and at least I know if you ever pull me off I could run cause you couldnt hit me....

Remember that old Don Knotts movie "Shakiest Gun in the West?"
He was supposed to be a gunfighter but it was really his girlfriend shooting from the grassy knoll with a rifle?0
