Select-fire, unless you know for absolutely sure that you have the flu, you should get yourself over to an ER as soon as is possible. Let someone else drive. The splitting headache and a feeling of coldness can be symptoms of other treatable yet serious infirmities. Feel better soon.[:)] 0 -
I think you should see a Dr. as well, if it is the flu they can give you anti-viral medications for it if caught early enough. Hope you get well soon!

I'm the same way. My son was sick yesterday (upset tummy and fever) and I got it now. I have been in bed most of the time today. I get up every so often for a smoke and get on the computer while I have it, and then back to bed.
I will have to get up and moveing a bit here in a few and do some dishes and start dinner for the kids tonight. But other than that the kids will have to take care of themselves.0 -
See the doc quickly. Sandy had the same stuff and called the doctor. He called in some medication (I forget the name) but told her to start it immediatly. He said what ever this was, if she started taking it within 24 hours of feeling the symptoms, it would kill it in 5 days. If she waited 48 hours to start it, it would do no good.
Worth a try!

I am feeling better but my stomach feels like Rocky went 5 rounds in it. I feel for your root canal. Had one done at 25yrs old. Had no clue what was going on. When I went back and they removed the temp cap , stuck some tiny needles down the holes. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOK OUT... Nerves weren't dead. I told the Dr. NOT to do that again. I stopped at a McDonalds went in and ate. Went to take a drink of coke and spilt the whole thing. Couldn't feel my lips..[:0]0 -

I think it was one of those 24hr bugs. I'm feeling alot better than I was this morning, but still a little drug out.
My son was over it in 1 day too.
Hopefully I will be able to get some stuff done tomarrow. I got about 20 projects going on here at the house and can't seem to get any done with everything happening and being sick and all.0 -

Got sick to stomach last night. Just stood up got dizzy and got sick. Went to bed at 8PM and couldn't get warm. Had three heavy blankets on bed. Woke up at 2am and thought I was on fire. Was ok this morning for about 3 hours and got sick again. Just ate supper and feeling better. I think it is gone. 0 -
