My wife is leaving me
It all started a year ago when I met my new friend Sam
Sam and I started to go fishing once a month then it came to once a week,,,,u know a man thing
Well, my wife thought it was just too much and wanted to come with us.
Now, she hates to fish and the boat is only made for 2 people and I told her there is no room for her and that she would only be in the way and it's my day out and I think all men should have at least one day a week to do something they like.
I sure would like some advise on this matter because I really like her and hate to lose her but I will stand my ground on this.

Wallie, if you are serious, I would approach it this way. Ask your wife what you and her can do to solve the problem. I assume that she does'nt really want to throw out the baby with the bath water. Find out if it's actually about fishing on Saturday or if she has another need which is not being met. And ask her how you can meet that need. I would guesse that this is not really about fishing. Honest communication and a willingness to compromise is the key. I hope everything works out.

I wouldn't let my wife leave over fishing, but at the same time, my wife would never make such a demand. Maybe she just wants equal time. Fish one day, then take her somewhere with just the two of you on the next.

If sams a girl,and its not family you should probably cut it out. If not you need to hold your ground. You should be able to work with her, and maybe make a schedule, like twice a month etc. But if she doesnt see you a lot then your gone once a day, i could see her point. But a man deserves go out and relax as well 0 -

This a joke. I've had this emailed to me several times. "Sam" is indeed a Samantha and she has a nice....big....bass in the photo. I'll try to dig it up and post here. The email's I've been sent of this start out as a "Dear Abby". Once "Abby" sees the photo of Sam, she says to dump his wife. 0 -
