Places to send a C&R copy to?

I mailed a copy to a few places that sell C&R guns, but is it necessary or even beneficial to send a copy to somewhere that does not sell C&R guns, like Cabelas, Cheaper than Dirt, Midway, etc?

  ..I think that Brownells and maybe Midway give discounts to C&R holders. Here's a link to this topic from a while back.
