Bear chops with mixed veggies in the slow cooker. Oh, don't forget the Jack Daniels that I poured in with it for a little extra flavor.

I got the grill warming up. Last night I chunked up a deer loin and let'er sit all night in a carribean jerk sauce. Along with the deer there is green pepper chunks, onion, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. It is all covered up in a foil pan and ready for the grill. I started cooking it this way cause it just took to dang long to make up kabobs.

    was totally awesome!

14 oz New York strip steak 1.5" thick grilled to rare/medium rare and seasoned with salt and pepper once off the grill.

Add two slices of toasted muffin bread, toasted and buttered with real butter.

Desert ~ a slice of home made from scratch Lubys receipt carrot cake slathered with real home made from scratch cream cheese frosting.

    Beverage: Crystal clear ice water.

    Cheeezzzz ........... I am FULL!!

Toss up. Can of pork and beans, can of tuna and a few saltines, or a $1 banquet feast from Wal-Mart.

Having supper with the Swansons tonight, They are a little frigid at first, but warm up quickly. We had an imported steak from somewhere called Salisbury, and a small portion of corn and, a strange derivation of mashed potatos. Topped it all offf with a few lovely crusty bread type things, called "saltines". What a wonderful evening!

Fried chicken, mashed potatos, mushroom gravy, french cut green beans, sugarless cherry Jello with sliced freestone peaches in it with low-cal fake whipped cream, and last but not least - sugar free Crystal Lite lemonade.

Sounds good to me. Chicken fried in canola oil.

Fried Chicken sounds really good. we usually bake it or have pop butt chicken. I would use beer but pop is cheeper and I like my beer cold.

One fully recyclable 8 oz. aluminum receptacle, tightly packed, brimming with the steak of the ocean, the white tuna, dolphin free and mixed gently with the most miraculous whip of the Gods until spreadable, and lovingly distributed across a georgously earthy grain/yeast mixture with the oven seared edges removed.

Served on a 10" kiln fired shallow dish, garnished with thinly sliced potatos, deep fried to a crackly crunch. Add one pickel spear, cold and brittle.

Beverage is a specialty, also another grain/yeast conncoction, freshly served in a chilled one pint lager glass.

    Bon appetite!!

I fired up the smokers yesterday. Did 4 Boston Butts and a brisket. I do a big batch every few months and vacuum seal them to boil in the bag. It tastes better than off the smoker that way. Yum. I have now have about 20 lbs of pulled pork and 5 lbs of brisket.[:D]
