Some interesting weather in IL
..We just came out from under a tornado warning. Rotation was sighted about 8 miles west of here. 10 miles north, they were saying possible 75 mph, straight line winds. Joliet has flooded underpasses. All we got was some pretty lightning and 3/4" of rain in 20 minutes. We needed that anyway. Right now, it's dead calm....kind of weird looking out there.
..I tried to get Cath to climb the antenna tower to strike the flag, but for some reason, she wasn't buying it. [}:)] I'm going back to the Man Cave to continue working on 600 .357 reloads, using two single stage presses. Have my work cut out for me.

Not being a skilled reloader, would you please explain why you are using two presses ??

...If you need a little more rain tap, you can have a little of mine. From yesterday evening at 6pm until about 6 this morning I got a little over 4"...from about half dozen storms...and it started raining about half an hour ago, again...[;)]

...Presses: I keep the sizing die in an old Texan press, and the seating die in a Lee. I don't always run all the empties at once, so if I do a batch of only a hundred or so, start to finish, I never have to swap out dies.....just switch presses. If I'm using a three die set, (that's what I meant) I bolt down another press. This way, everything stays set, and I can run small, experimental batches very easily.
...Turret presses would be much easier, but I pick up the single stage ones when I find them for <$15.0
