look on youtube theirs a guy who shows you how to use one of them. 0 -
I went with a 12" brake to bend the flats.
It has to be the easiest and cheapest way to form your AK flat.
I bought this brake (Stole) it for 54.00.
Here are a few pics to show a quick bend on some flashing to mock the bends of an AK flat.

That is a nice little brake. I don't recall seeing anything that small before. Makes me wonder if Harbor Freight sells one that small.
I have access to a full size brake at work. I should play around with it and see if I can make the bends close enough to bend the receiver. From what I have read, the rest can be done on a typical farm.0 -
I got this one on Ebay for 17.00 something and 38.00 shipping.
A total of 54.00.
The same brake has gon over 50 just in the bid and their catalog lists them at 125.00
Check ebay there is one there right now for $1[8D]0
